Emma's World

  My mom currently works in a home office but starting in January has a new job that involves us moving to China! I'm probably closer with my mom than with the rest of the people in my family. Um... my mom teaches my youth group at church and mostly does an OK job. One time she asked if anyone had ever "done a doozy" and you could almost see the question marks appear over the kids' heads. I don't know where she came up with that one. Lol. My mom plans on building a backyard aviary with 100 or so finches when we get to China. That'll be nice.

 My dad works out of the state on Mondays-Fridays. I miss him. But I have been lucky enough to have five years with him working from home. He just recently went on a 2-week business trip to Asia. He brought me and Abby some pajamas. I can't wait to wear them. I love to watch Spongebob with my dad. I went one time without actually seeing him for three weeks because I was in Texas visiting my relatives on the weekend he came home. When I go home we will have a Spongebob marathon. He is home every other weekend. My mom does miss him. She's lonely sometimes. I love my dad.
